Withdrawal Policy

Your statutory right
If you are an EEA or UK consumer who concluded a Supporter Membership online, you may generally withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period generally begins when the contract is concluded. Your order confirmation identifies the seller to whom the notice must be addressed.
How to withdraw
Before the period expires, submit a clear statement that you withdraw from the membership through the billing platform where you signed up, or email [email protected] from the address associated with the membership. You may use the model wording, but it is not mandatory.

What happens next
The responsible seller will confirm receipt and process any refund due under applicable law, generally using the original payment method and without imposing a fee. If you expressly requested service during the withdrawal period, the seller may be entitled to a proportionate amount for service already supplied where the law permits.
Other rights remain
Withdrawal is separate from cancellation and from remedies for a defective or unavailable digital service. After the withdrawal period, you may still cancel future renewals and use any mandatory conformity, refund, reduction, or termination rights.
