Use the billing platform where you signed up for withdrawal, refund, or cancellation requests. If that does not work, contact us by email.

For withdrawal, refund, or cancellation help, email [email protected] from the address associated with the membership and include enough information to identify the subscription. Do not include full payment-card or bank-account details.
