Cancel membership
You can stop future renewals at any time in the billing platform where you signed up. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and your membership benefits continue until then.
Cancel in your billing platform
Open Membership from your dashboard, then choose Manage membership to enter the secure billing portal. If you signed up somewhere else, use that platform's cancellation controls.

Email [email protected] from the address associated with the membership and include enough information to identify the subscription. Do not include full payment-card or bank-account details.
We will use the message to help locate the membership and confirm the next available cancellation path.
