Supporter Membership Terms

3. Optional digital membership

Core TCG Online tools and normal gameplay remain available without membership. Membership is a paid digital service, not a charitable or tax-deductible donation. Fees help fund platform operation and development.

• Original TCG Online supporter recognition and profile presentation.
• An ad-free signed-in platform experience where supported.
• First-party community and product participation features listed for the selected tier.
• No gameplay power, ranking or matchmaking preference, drawing odds, virtual currency, paid card-art access, or license to third-party game content.

1. What these terms cover

These Membership Terms apply when you purchase an optional recurring TCG Online Supporter Membership. They supplement the general Terms of Service. If they conflict on a membership-specific issue, these Membership Terms control to the extent permitted by law.

2. Provider and seller

The digital membership service is provided by the TCG Online entity identified before you order and in your confirmation. The checkout also identifies the seller and explains whether Stripe or Link acts as payment processor or merchant of record. Do not complete the order unless the seller identity, total recurring price, billing interval, and payment terms are clear to you.

4. Contract, price, and renewal

Your membership begins when the order is accepted and continues in monthly billing periods until canceled. The checkout displays the total recurring price, applicable taxes, currency, billing interval, payment method, and any minimum term before you order. Membership renews automatically each month using the selected payment method.

5. Plan and price changes

Before you confirm a plan change, the checkout or billing portal will show the new recurring price, effective date, and any immediate prorated charge or credit. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes affecting existing members. A change does not remove your right to cancel before it takes effect, and price increases require any agreement mandated by applicable law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel before the next renewal through the billing portal or the cancellation entry point linked throughout TCG Online. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, benefits continue until then, and no further renewal is charged. Mandatory rights to terminate immediately for cause remain unaffected.

7. Statutory withdrawal

If you are an EEA or UK consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days after contract conclusion. Starting an ongoing service does not by itself remove every withdrawal right. Follow the Withdrawal Policy and use the billing platform where you signed up or email [email protected] with an unequivocal statement.

8. Refunds and digital-service remedies

Fees are not refunded merely because you stop using the service. This does not restrict mandatory rights concerning withdrawal, failure to supply, defects, conformity, updates, price reduction, termination, damages, or reimbursement. We may also issue discretionary refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, or material outages.

9. Availability and updates

Membership features may evolve as the platform changes. We will not replace the core purpose of a paid tier during a paid period without a valid contractual and legal basis. Security, compatibility, legal, rights-holder, or service-integrity needs may require changes or removal of a feature. Mandatory digital-service update and conformity rights remain unaffected.

10. Third-party games and intellectual property

Membership purchases only the first-party TCG Online service benefits listed at checkout. It does not sell a game, card, artwork, character, logo, publisher service, or intellectual-property license. Game names are used to identify compatibility. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners, and non-affiliation language does not create permission or a license.

11. Suspension and provider termination

We may suspend or terminate membership for a material breach after reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy it, unless the breach or an urgent legal, security, fraud, or rights-holder risk justifies immediate action. If we end prepaid access early for reasons not attributable to you, we will provide any refund required by law.

12. Mandatory consumer protection

The governing-law provision in the general Terms applies. If you are a consumer, no choice of law or forum deprives you of mandatory protections or competent courts available under the law of your habitual residence.

If that does not work, email [email protected] with the email used for the order and enough information to identify the membership, but never send full card details.
