Unofficial independent service
TCG Online is an independently operated, unofficial fan service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, approved, or operated by any game publisher or rights holder. Game names are used solely to identify compatibility. Identification does not imply sponsorship or a license.
Third-party rights
Game names, card names, logos, artwork, characters, card text, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners. A disclaimer, attribution, takedown process, or statement that no ownership is claimed does not itself authorize use or create a license.
TCG Online materials
Except for identified third-party and user content, original TCG Online code, interface design, writing, illustrations, and brand assets are owned by the platform operator or used under license. Supporter Membership benefits are limited to first-party platform services and original presentation assets.
User content and links
You must own or hold the rights needed for content you upload or create. You grant TCG Online a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, sublicensable to service providers, to store, reproduce, format, display, transmit, moderate, and remove that content solely to operate and secure the Service. Submitting a URL does not transfer rights in the linked work.
Report copyright or trademark concerns
Send a detailed notice to [email protected] identifying the protected work or mark, the exact platform location, your contact details, the basis for your claim, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act. We may request additional information and may remove or restrict material while reviewing a notice.
Response and counter-notice
A user whose content is restricted may contact [email protected] with identification of the material, an explanation of authorization or lawful use, supporting evidence, contact information, and any legally required statements. We may forward notices and responses between affected parties where permitted and may restore content when appropriate.
Repeat and serious infringement
We may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously infringe intellectual-property rights. This process does not authorize platform-curated material and does not replace any license required from a rights holder.
